Step & Incubator

The institution Dr. Radha Bai Govt. Navin Kanya Mahavidyalay acting upon the suggestions presented for AQAR has set up STEP Cell and Startup Incubator.

The STEP Cell will be responsible for designing of Add on and value added courses along with promotion of science and technology activities in the institution. The cell will be now responsible for grooming of students in the field of science and technology. All workshops and conferences that will be organized in the institution will now be routed through STEP Cell.

The college has proposed a corpus for supporting Start ups of students studying in final year of under graduate and post-graduate programs. The college aims to provide students a launch pad for their entrepreneurship dream. This institutional incubation center will encourage students to pick up entrepreneurship roles in the area they are trained through STEP activities. This center will also groom students to apply for various schemes of State and Central Government that promote 'Udyamita'.
